A new minor release of our DITA compare product is now available.

In this release, we have extended the support for tracked change output formats introduced in the 4.0 release so that it now includes support for the Arbortext Editor tracked change format.

There are also some minor bug-fixes that solve problems with slow-running CALS table comparison, namespace declarations in oXygen tracked change processing instructions and the use of string parameters in the GUI.

A new release of our DITA compare product is now available.

In this release we are supporting tracked change formats for oXygen and XMetaL editors, with support for other editors planned in subsequent 4.x releases. This is in addition to the previous support for using DITA markup (rev, status attributes, ph elements) to describe the changes detected during comparison.

There is a new GUI, and a user guide as well as other minor improvements and bug fixes. We have also introduced platform-specific distribution downloads for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X.

DITA compare 3.2 addresses issues with results being presented in the wrong order and combinations of added and deleted elements are now compliant with the DITA 1.1 grammar. Some parameters are provided to configure the preferred output in these situations.
